Netflix Selects Perfect Performer for Bon Clay in the Hit Series Season 3

Baroque Works is set to play a huge role in the forthcoming season on Netflix of One Piece, even if the true confrontation won’t take place until the third season, and a cherished, audience-beloved member has recently been selected.

The streaming service revealed Tuesday that Cole Escola is now part of the One Piece cast for the third season and will play Mr. 2. The role can use their power to transform into an identical duplicate of any individual they’ve made contact with with their dominant hand. The performer, who is identifies as non-binary and goes by they/them, will play a version of that figure reinterpreted as non-binary identifying, as opposed to as a drag queen, in the live-action show, differing from the initial comic and animated series.

Escola will work alongside multiple fresh additions who will portray Baroque Works to reality, including leader the main antagonist, portrayed by the seasoned performer, a talented actress as a key member, and Sendhil Ramamurthy, who also joins the lineup as King Nefertari Cobra of Alabasta.

Although this character is a key figure of the organization, the persona won’t appear until One Piece the third season. With season 2 likely to portray the Little Garden arc, this signals a notable change in the schedule of the character’s debut, one that could indicate additional alterations to the story’s structure.

Their mix of sharp comedic timing and profound feeling makes them a standout choice for the role.
