The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision

The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the wildly popular first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in the state of California at the age of 55.

His passing was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.

The renowned video game developer died after his car crashed and was engulfed in flames on a highway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday morning, US media outlets report.

"This is a devastating loss, and we stand with Vince's family, his loved ones, and everyone impacted by his legacy," a representative from Electronic Arts stated.
